How Can You Help?

You don't need to know everything – we'll match tasks to your interests and availability.

Events and Workshops

Guest hospitality, logistical support during concerts, author meet-and-greets, exhibitions, and cultural picnics.

Children and Education

Supporting animators and educators in running creative workshops as well as language and development activities.

Media and Communications

Photography, video recording, graphic design, copywriting, and social media channel management.

Administration

Technical and administrative support, translations (PL / FR / NL / EN), and coordination of office tasks.

How Does It Work?

As much as you can. We appreciate both project-based involvement (e.g., helping during one specific festival weekend) and ongoing, regular collaboration of a few hours a month.

We operate under the Belgian Volunteer Act. As a KROK ASBL volunteer, you receive a written volunteering agreement outlining your tasks, along with civil liability and accident insurance for the duration of the activity.

Yes. Upon request, we gladly provide an official certificate or reference letter detailing the completed projects and skills acquired (e.g., for a CV, university, or school).
